Our Story

We are a New South Wales-based organisation in the Sydney region. Our organisation was formed in 2019 out of our itching desire to not only make a change but to set a trend that would be followed by others as a standard benchmark. We are always looking for ways to improve our service delivery as we believe that the sky is the limit in all we do. We respond well to the feedback process where we encourage our stakeholders to openly communicate with us and state their concerns, comments, and compliments.

Our Mission

The name Joy Valley Care was picked for our organisation to symbolise that we strongly believe that there is no place like home. As such our houses are warm and welcoming at the very first instance of making contact with us, whether it’s by telephone call or visiting us in person. The warmth about our houses makes them a natural home offering joy and a real sense of peace, safety and tranquillity.

Our Approach

We believe that our service does not stop with our participants, but we are there for the participants’ loved ones, family and friends. We understand what your loved ones mean to you and how much you mean to them. We believe that we have a duty of care to respond to their concerns or desire to be satisfied that you as the participant are in a suitable, safe and comfortable home.
