Lifestyle Support
Our Lifestyle Support Partners (LSPs) provide assistance with daily living, personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and social activities. The Lifestyle Support Partners work with and support each individual participant to live comfortably and confidently in their homes and in the community.

Clinical Care & Nursing
At Joy Valley Care, we provide professional and compassionate clinical care to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support. Our experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) are available 24 hours a day to support the LSPs. They work closely with participants, families and healthcare professionals to deliver personalised and high-quality medical care.

Community Access & Social Inclusion
We help individuals connect with our communities through outings, group activities and support to attend appointments, events, and social gatherings. We are focused on encouraging independence and meaningful participation in activities desired by participants.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Our SIL homes provide a safe, comfortable and empowering environment where individuals can develop independence while receiving the right level of care.

Short Term Accommodation (STA)
services provide individuals with a safe, welcoming, and fully supported environment for a temporary stay. Whether it’s for respite, transitioning to independent living, or just a change of scenery, our STA homes offer a comfortable space with 24/7 support tailored to individual needs.

Skills Development
We support personal growth through activities that enhance communication, self-care, budgeting, cooking and vocational skills, empowering individuals to lead more independent lives.

NDIS Code of Conduct
Joy Valley Care is committed to fully adhering to the NDIS Code of Conduct, ensuring that all practices align with the standards set forth by the NDIS. Below is an outline of the NDIS Code of Conduct, as published on the official NDIS website.
The NDIS Code of Conduct requires people who deliver NDIS supports and services to:
- Act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination, and decision-making in accordance with relevant laws and conventions
- Respect the privacy of people with disability
- Provide supports and services in a safe and competent manner with care and skill
- Act with integrity, honesty, and transparency
- Promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that might have an impact
on the quality and safety of supports provided to people with disability - Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence against,
exploitation, neglect, and abuse of people with disability - Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct
- Not charge or represent higher prices for the supply of goods for NDIS participants
without a reasonable justification.

LIFESTYLE SUPPORT PARTNER – The Heart of Exceptional Care
A Lifestyle Support Partner (LSP) at Joy Valley Care is a dedicated support worker who assists individuals with disabilities in leading fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. More than just providing care, LSPs focus on empowering individuals, helping them develop skills, engage in their communities, and achieve personal goals.
What Does a Lifestyle Support Partner Do?
- Daily Living Assistance – Helping with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Community & Social Support – Encouraging participation in social activities, events, and outings to promote inclusion.
- Skill Development – Supporting individuals in learning everyday skills like cooking, budgeting, communication, and self-care.
- Emotional & Well-being Support – Building strong, trusting relationships that foster confidence and independence.
- Household Tasks – Assisting with cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment.
- Transport & Appointments – Helping with travel to medical appointments, social gatherings, or work placements.
- Health & Medication Support – Providing reminders and assistance with medication, under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
